NTDC says wait for 2023-24 for additional 20,000 MW infrastructure



  • National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDC) inducted 127 junior engineers (electrical/electronics), an official statement said and added NTDC managing director (MD) on Tuesday saying, "20,000 megawatts (MW) available capacity was added since independence, whereas NTDC has to build a huge infrastructure to cater for additional 20,000 MW of power up till years 2023-24."

Female student protests on the rise in IOK



  • In Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK), many students on Tuesday were injured while over a dozen girl students fainted when Indian forces resorted to massive tear and pepper gas shelling against protesting students in Baramulla, Kulgam, Bandipora and Islamabad districts; Kashmir Media Service (KMS) reported.
