21 suspects apprehended in search operations: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Joint search operations were conducted by Punjab Rangers, police and intelligence agencies in DG Khan, Lahore, Sialkot, Rahimyar Khan, Rajan Pur, Rawalpindi and Islamabad, as per Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad, at least 21 suspects were apprehended including one terrorist facilitator and two Afghans along-with recovery of weapons, ammunition and hate material; an Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) statement said.
Dar says parliament will today deliberate on military courts

India across LOC fires upon elderly and a young girl

RAWALPINDI: Two civilians, a 60 years old elderly man and a 15 years old girl, got severely injured due to ‘unprovoked’ Indian cross border firing, in yet another ceasefire violation by India, on Sunday, across the line of control (LOC) in Chirikot sector; an Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) statement said, adding that the injured were evacuated to a civilian hospital in Abbaspur and that Pakistani troops effectively responded to Indian firing.

Turkey condemns Damascus terrorist attack
