Military Courts dealt with 274 cases

RAWALPINDI:
Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) in a statement on Sunday stated that the Military Courts during the period of its validity dealt with 274 cases, of them 161 were awarded death penalty (12 executed) and 113 were awarded imprisonment of varying duration.

Yashwant warns India of ‘catastrophe’ if IOK remains unresolved

The delegation led by former Indian Minister Yashwant Sinha, visited Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK) twice during the ‘uprising’ last year, has warned India of catastrophic situation during the years 2017 and 2018 if that New Delhi fails to accept the ground realities in the occupied territory; Kashmir Media Service (KMS) reported.

Taliban warns against more US troops deployment

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) spokesman Qari Muhammad Yousuf Ahmadi in a statement on Sunday warned the ‘defeated’ United States (US) army to refrain from getting more US troops killed as on Saturday American military commanders announced that 300 extra US troops will be deployed to Helmand in the upcoming spring to help their local puppet forces.

Hingol and Basol in Sri Lanka hosts reception

A colourful reception was arranged last evening on board at visiting Pakistan Maritime Security Ships ‘Hingol’ and ‘Basol’ who are currently in Sri Lanka for a four days port call as a reflective of strong multifaceted relationship and engagement between the two brotherly countries, an official statement said.
