Pakistan: India lacks ‘professionalism’ for NSG

Foreign Ministry spokesperson Nafees Zakaria on Thursday held, “What we have been able to gather from media reports and public commentary on the Grossi proposal, by experts like Daryll Kimbal, is that the proposal seeks to propose the 2008 Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) ‘exemption’ for India as a requirement for NSG membership. This will be clearly discriminatory and will contribute nothing in terms of furthering the NSG non-proliferation objectives. ”

Russia applauds Syrian ceasefire

MOSCOW (Russia):
Kremlin in a statement on Thursday noted Russian President Vladimir Putin welcoming the signing of three documents: the first is an agreement between the Syrian government and the armed opposition on a ‘ceasefire’ on Syrian territory while the second document agrees a series of measures to monitor the ceasefire and the third document is a statement of readiness to start peace talks on ending the Syrian conflict.

Pakistan ‘highlights’ India’s “IOK demographic change attempts”

Foreign Ministry spokesperson Nafees Zakaria on Thursday held, “Occupying Indian forces, joined by the terrorist organisations Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Vishwa Hindu Prasad, Shiv Sena, Bajrang Dal and other terrorist elements are engaged in the drive to change the demography in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK), which is a blatant violation of United Nations (UN) Security Council’s resolutions on Kashmir and fundamental human rights.”

COAS witnesses Pakistani Jordanian military exercises
