Juma invites Abbasi to visit Kenya

ISLAMABAD: Kenyan foreign affairs cabinet secretary Monica Juma called on prime minister (PM) Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Monday, whereat Abbasi stressed on enhancing and diversifying the existing bilateral trade.

According to an official statement, Juma is visiting Pakistan as a special envoy of Keynyan president Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta to deliver an invitation to PM Abbasi to visit Kenya.

During the meeting, Abbasi recalled his cordial meeting with the Kenyan president Kenyatta at the sidelines of the commonwealth heads of government meeting in the United Kingdom (UK) earlier in April.

The two sides discussed bilateral relations as well as international matters of mutual concern.
