Will not save godfather thrice: Zardari

ISLAMABAD: Former president Asif Ali Zardari, hailing from pakistan peoples party (PPP), addressing a huge rally at parade ground, in the federal capital on Tuesday, said, “Nawaz Sharif, the godfather, has bankrupted Pakistan; although we saved his tenure twice, once when he came up to us with a fake public mandate and secondly when pakistan tehreek-e-insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan, the fake Khan, had begun his movement to oust Sharif” vowing “But now we will not save him again.”

Although one United States (US) dollar currently, at the filing of this report, is equivalent to Rs 105.31, Zardari however mentioned, “Sharif is trying to veil the actual exchange rate which is one US dollar equivalent to Rs 147 and that his government is making all efforts to make sure that this reality remains unexposed” vowing “Our efforts will be to make sure the current Sharif tenure ends prematurely before the interim government takes charge” assuming “So that we can take charge.”

He bragged, “The hard earned five years’ tenure that we gained upon the martyrdom of Benazir Bhutto” claiming “We extended our efforts to all those promises that were committed by both late Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and his martyred daughter Benazir.”

Zardari announced, “We will bring back our own tenure and now is the time when we will fight Sharif’s tyranny, not for the sake of power but for the sake of country, as Sharif has dragged Pakistan to a standstill.”

He said, “It was the vision of late Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto that Pakistan today stands tall as a nuclear power.”

Aiming his guns at India, Zardari mentioned, “We are a nuclear powered country and that is the very reason why India cannot make us another Nepal and can never take back the Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).”

He continued, “O the people of India, listen to this, Kashmir is every pakistan peoples party (PPP) worker’s/supporter’s jugular vein therefore, neither will we compromise on the issue of Kashmir nor will we ever let you snatch it from us.”

Zardari asserted, “The future of Pakistan, under PPP tenure, will focus on agricultural reforms for the betterment of the farmer countrywide” lashing “This steel manufacturer (the godfather) nor the Potohari (the fake Khan) are able to understand that the growth of Pakistan lies deep within its agricultural industry.”

He added, “The so called leaders are not able to grasp the fact that even a minor stipend if given to farmers countrywide can in return earn for the country immense export revenues” asserting “This primarily is because both the godfather and Potohari are from non-agricultural backgrounds.”

Zardari promised, “We will foster growth in our agro economy and concentrate on the labourers’ welfare.”

He mentioned, “We want to foster healthier relations with Afghanistan and extend for them the trade routes and make them realise that the misery that they are in, we in Pakistan face similar circumstances and that together we both can get rid of all the nuisances.”

Zardari said, “We want to strengthen Afghan borders and save them from the ills of terrorism, lead them to developments and growth.”
