PM Khan vows to defend motherland

ISLAMABAD: The prime minister (PM) Imran Khan along-with army and intelligence chiefs, Thursday, resolved to ensure defence of motherland, with support of entire nation, at all costs.

According to a press release, the chief of army staff (COAS) general Qamar Javed Bajwa and inter-services intelligence (ISI) director general (DG) lieutenant general (Lt.Gen.) Faiz Hamid called on PM Khan in the federal capital.

The ceasefire violations (CFVs) and frequent provocative measures from Indian forces along the line of control (LoC) came under discussion.

They expressed concern over continuous human rights’ violations in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

Professional matters pertaining to Pakistan army along-with external and internal security situation was discussed.
