PM Khan says growth rate to reach 4 percent

QUETTA : “The country is emerging from a difficult situation, contrary to the expectations of the opposition, this year’s growth rate will reach four percent,” prime minister (PM) Imran Khan said on Tuesday.

According to a press release, the premier addressed a function held at the Quaid-e-Azam residency in Ziarat.

“Ziarat has the potential to become a tourist destination. Promoting tourism activities here will also bring socio-economic benefits to the local population,” he said.

PM said the incumbent regime launched projects like Ehsas, Kamyab Jawan and New Pakistan Housing for the economic and social welfare of the weaker sections.

He declared, “Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) plant to be set up in Balochistan to solve gas shortage problems” asserting “We are fully committed to the development of Balochistan.”
