Interior minister suggests restricting in-stores all without masks

ISLAMABAD: During the daily situation brief at the national command and operation centre (NCOC), Monday, the forum undertook comprehensive review of implementation of Ramazan guidelines and health situation, wherein, the interior minister asked the provinces to educate store owners that only those people be allowed inside store who follow guidelines on surgical masks and social distancing.

According to an official statement, the forum apprised on implementation of guidelines for Ramazan particularly the opening of stores.

The intercity move maybe curtailed on weekends to avoid crowding for public safety and health.

The forum dilated upon health situation and future course of action basing on people movement during Ramazan and studied the likely projections.

The chief secretaries / focal persons from all provinces, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), Gilgit Baltistan (GB) and Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) commissioner joined through the video link.
