Indian soldiery martyrs three youth in Pulwama

SRINAGAR (India): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), Indian troops in their fresh act of State terrorism martyred three Kashmiri youth in Pulwama district, Wednesday.

According to Kashmir Media Service (KMS), the youth were killed by the troops during a cordon and search operation (CASO) in Tiken area of the district.

One person was injured due to the firing of the troops during the CASO. The operation continued till last reports came in.

A senior police officer talking to media men claimed that the youth were militants and were killed in an encounter with the troops.

Hurriyat leaders, Ghulam Muhammad Khan Sopori, Farida Bahenji and Abdul Samad Inqilabi in their statements paid glowing tributes to the martyred youth.

They said that the Kashmiri youth were rendering their lives to liberate their motherland from Indian’s illegal occupation and their sacrifices will not go waste.

On the other hand, an elderly man was killed after he was hit by a vehicle carrying soldiers of Indian Sashastra Seema Bal in Malpora area of Kulgam district.

Meanwhile, 6 persons including a woman were injured in a grenade blast in Pattan area of Baramulla district, Wednesday.

Unidentified persons hurled a grenade on the Indian forces which missed the target and exploded on road in Singhpora area of Pattan.

6 civilians including a woman were injured in the blast. The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Soon after the incident, Indian troops and police personnel cordoned off the area and launched searches to nab the attackers.
