India again martyrs two youth in IOK

SRINAGAR (India): In Indian occupied Kashmir (IOK), Indian troops in their fresh act of State terrorism martyred two more Kashmiri youth, Tuesday.

According to Kashmir Media Service (KMS), the troops martyred the youth during a cordon and search operation (CASO) at Melhora in Zainapora area of Shopian district.

The operation continued till last reports came in.

The killing of the youth triggered massive anti-India demonstrations in the area. Indian troops fired pellets and teargas shells to disperse the protesters, triggering clashes between the demonstrators and Indian forces’ personnel.

One youth suffered pellet injuries and was shifted to shri maharaja hari singh (SMHS) hospital in Srinagar for treatment.

It is to mention here that the troops have martyred 10 youth in different areas of occupied Kashmir since Saturday.

During CASOs, the troops killed three youth at Lower Munda in Qazingund area of Kulgam district, Monday, four youth at Asthal in Kulgam district on Sunday and three others in Awantipora area of Pulwama district on Saturday.

The latest killings have raised the number of martyred youth to 19 since last Wednesday.

The Indian troops used brute force and fired bullets and teargas shells on protesters in Pulwama district, Tuesday.

The troops resorted to the brutal force after people took to streets amid cordon and search operations (CASOs) and staged “anti-India” protests in Gusoo, Laroo and Kakapora areas of the district.

Clashes were reported between protesters and Indian troops.

The troops also fired teargas shells on protesters in Lower Munda in Qazigund area of the Kulgam district.

They were protesting against killing of three youth and destruction of houses by the troops in the area.
