ISI convenes top brass brief on LoC

ISLAMABAD: The Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) convened a meeting, Tuesday, of military top brass whereat a comprehensive briefing was given, to the military leadership, on regional security issues with a special focus on situation along the line of control (LoC) and the Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IOJK).

According to an Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) statement, the ISI director general (DG) lieutenant general Faiz Hamid received the chairman joint chiefs of staff committee (CJCSC) general Nadeem Raza along-with the services chiefs at the ISI headquarters (HQs).

The CJCSC and services chiefs appreciated the tireless efforts of ISI for the national security and expressed satisfaction over professional preparedness.

The CJCSC general Raza, chief of army staff (COAS) general Qamar Javed Bajwa, chief of naval staff (CNS) admiral Zafar Mehmood Abbasi and chief of air staff (CAS) air chief marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan attended the high level brief.
