CJCSC Gen. Raza lauds national resolve to combat coronavirus

RAWALPINDI: The chairman joint chiefs of staff committee (CJCSC) general (Gen.) Nadeem Raza, Wednesday, dilated upon the need to formulate appropriate responses and strategies emerging from issues, other than the traditional security concerns, and appreciated that all the relevant sectors contributed in the fight against coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

According to an Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) press release, a national seminar on “global, strategic and socio-economic impacts of COVID-19 and Pakistan” was organised by institute of strategic studies, research and analysis (ISSRA) at national defence university (NDU).

CJCSC Gen. Raza thanked NDU president and ISSRA for organising the seminar that enabled to study the intricate challenges of the present time and to come up with innovative solutions for the national effort.
