By Monitoring DeskThursday – February 28, 2019
According to the statement by the Taliban, the said forces are carrying out ruthless brutality against civilians even as the peace process continues between the officials of the United States (US) headed by Khalilzad and the Taliban.
The US – which has been defeated on the battlefield by the Taliban – seeks compensation by targeting civilians in hopes of a political victory and using it as a pressure tool.

These war crimes and statistics of each incident carried out by American and internal forces are being documented by the Taliban even as tens of human right organisations are operating alongside the HRW.
American forces entered Afghanistan under the pretext of establishing peace and stability. They are carrying out these war crimes with such laxity that it seems there neither exists anything by the name of human right commission in the world nor anything termed a war crime.
The Taliban have an explicit right to question the UN about these same forces that have entered Afghanistan under your mandate; is butchering Afghans defined as stabilisation in your dictionary? Is the killing of innocent civilians, women and children and bombing of religious centres, schools and health clinics not termed as war crimes by you?!
Are Afghans not classified as human beings in your view or is there a waiver in the human right charter concerning Afghans whom can be killed, detained and their homes destroyed by American forces without being trialled? Where has humanity and human sympathy vanished that it cannot prevent the horrendous crimes by American forces?
Why has the OIC – founded for the defence of the rights of Muslims – adopted silence regarding the destruction of religious seminaries and mass killing of Afghans by American forces in Afghanistan? Is Afghanistan not a member of this organisation or are the Afghans killed by foreigners not part of the Islamic community? You must inform yourselves about this tragedy and help them raise their voices of oppression to the international community.
The Taliban appeals to the OIC, UN, HRW, International Criminal Court and all independent media outlets to earnestly prevent the gross human right violations in Afghanistan being perpetrated by the occupying forces and its stooge regime alongside condemnations and pursuing international judiciary action through the criminal tribunal.
If the said organisations continue their silence regarding the war crimes of America in Afghanistan, it will further encourage these ruthless criminals to continue the killing, abduction and home demolition of the Afghans.
It is hoped that all the humanitarian organisations mentioned in this letter will heed their responsibilities due to humanitarian sympathy and hold back the hands of the murdering Americans and their internal criminals from the ethnic cleansing of Afghans.
